Solar, inverter and battery installation.

I started dealing with Erc electrical early In June, the services I requested was for the installation of a 3kv inverter with battery and solar panels. On 19/06/2023 I received their estimated quote and accepted it and paid it infull, then the games began first of all the said date for installation was not kept the rain and weather got blamed and more and more lies followed why they were delayed, all I'm saying is if you can't keep to a date and follow up date get yourself a dairy and leave all the bull**** story's in between, it is not a question of everyone wants their work done first you as the owner of Erc electrical set the date's not myself as the client all you need to do is keep to your word which I see don't mean much. So after many phone calls and whatsapp messages with very little comebacks on them the apprentice crew with one 3rd year and one and two year apprentice showed up to come and do the "donkey" work, I was not expecting apprentices but hey luckily we've got sell phones and google so she could google whenever she was not sure, as she was not fami**** with the equipment she was installing, but nevertheless by the afternoon 17:00 they packed up, I must say I thought they got a lot done, it's just a shame that I realized a chip in a tile where they was working and that all the stickers which was removed from the equipment they was installing was stuck back on the bottom of our fridge, it was a hell of a job to remove it and to get rid of the sticky residue that was left by the stickers. Well the next day the 29/06/2023 they returned with the owner and completed the job, well I must say the owner could not even great you properly and it was hard to look you in the eye and then also showing up with a 9mm on his hip, must be to protect him from his clients. On the 1st of July I contacted him and told him that I was worried as a red fault light would appear at different times and show a overcharging error on the battery, he was away for the weekend and said he would come and have a look on the Monday. Monday the 3rd he showed up and was making some adjustments and said if the problem persisted he might have to phone the supplier of the equipment to resolve the issue. Well about 4 days later I started begging for the COC and a quote for a other job I needed done I also mentioned that the problem of overcharging of the battery as still there, well I did not get any response on that. On 06/07/2023 I received an invoice for more money due in spares used I payed this invoice in full immediately, all I can say about this is don't be like me and be in a hurry let him break down his quote so that you know what you are paying for, because you will be surprise later on. Well as per his first quote it stated the COC will only be issued once the final payment was received, well like I stated I payed it fully immediately but only received it today the 20th of July after two weeks of begging and story on story. What the fault on the inverter boiled down to and which I had to sort out myself was as follow 1. Bulk charing voltage not set right. 2.Floating charging voltage not set right. 3.Low DC cut off battery voltage setting not set right. 4.Maximum utility charging current not set right. 5.Battery tipe not selected right found to be on default AMG (which means advanced lead acid battery) I placed it on Lithuim Ion (LI) as this is the battery which is in use. 6. I also set settings 30, 31, 33, 34 and 35 all of them was needed for battery equalization function. All I can say what a disgrace and lack of common decency this is not how you treat you clients, no honor anymore. I will not recommend Erc never in my life again. On 21 July more issues was found by a other electrisian who came to rectify an other issue. 1. On a breaker the live and neutral was connected the wrong way around. 2.The neutral to earth bond was not wired in. These faults possed a huge safety risk to people and damages to appliances, which then also make the new COC void and *****ulant.
