DISCUSTED ----- SHOCKED --- TO SERFONTEIN INC LAWFIRM TAKING MONEY FROM ONE LEGAL ENTITY AND SETTLE AN OUTSTANDING ACCOUNT ON ANOTHER LEGAL ENTITY WERE THEY CREATED THE BO-BO WITHOUT MY CONCENT OR APPROVAL BECAUSE ERNST SERFONTEIN WERE SLEEPING AGAIN AND NOT DOING THERE WORK LIKE THEY NORMALY DO . The way how this law form treat a client that were 10 years with them paid them millions with all the cases they were suppose to do. This law firm reminds me of someone we had in school that they call sleepy Joe. This man was always sleeping and never got this to do the correct way . Well this lawfirm is also on that same path of forgetting to do things on time but one thing they can remember quikly is to send out an account and take money from one legal entity to settle another entity account without any concent or approval . Out off all the 35 cases in this Law Firms hands they only had success in 15 % of them . Well this is not the end , In one of the cases a cost order were granted about R 85000.00 against another party and my instructions to Ernst Serfontein Inc was let them pay the money into your trust account so you can then pay me back . Well this judgement money belong to a different legal entity with a file in there offices THAT DOES NOT HAVE ANY OUTSTANDING AMOUNT TO IT APPART FROM THE PERSON THAT DID THE TAXATION . My instructions were take the money and pay this person for the taxation because it is the same legal entity and pay the ballance back to me . Well this bring me now to another BO--- BO they did Without my instructions or concent they approched a Adv to help them put an affidavit together on an urgent basis on a differant case because they were sleeping again and were put under restrain Rule 30 A to comply . Well this is a standerd norm of doing bussiness in this law firm . In e/mails I have , they wrote an urgent mail to the Adv to get an affidafit ready by that afternoon , this without consulting with me in any way and without my approval and this after I brought them a complete draft affidavit from an Forencic Lawfirm just to pamper a bit and put it on there letterhead and send the affidavit off because they were on record regarding this matter . The next moment I recieved an account of R 30000.00 for the Adv account that I refused to pay . Well all they did was to take money from the R 85000.00 paid into there trust account on a file of a different legal entity that belong to a Trust and pay the Adv account in full that were another legal entity . This was done without my concent or approval . Another insident years ago they again did not do there work by submitting documents in time to court and the other party just got a judgement against me and I had to pay for there unprofesional service out of my pocket. Its now years later and my request for my refund just falls onto deaf ears . SO IF YOU LOOKING FOR A LAWFIRM YOU CAN TRUST AND RELAY ON RATHER STAY AWAY FROM THIS LAW FIRM CALLED SERFONTEIN INC . YOU WILL NOT GET WHAT YOU WANT OR GETTING PROMISED FROM THEM . TO ERNST SERFONTEIN , IAM SHOCKED AND DISCUSTED IN YOUR SERVICE THIS AFTER ALL 10 YEARS OF SUPPORTING YOUR LAW FIRM PUTTING BREAD ON YOU TABLE .
