I have received a call from Ericssons after buying a bed from them and was not happy with the quality, thank you Zel for the best service you have given me, I cannot wait to go and choose a new bed. Looking forward to doing business with you again.

I bought a Sealy EX Length mattress with them and the quality of the mattress was not good, I have logged a complain and to date nothing has been resolved, I always have to call for follow up, but nothing is moving, it takes them a 3 to 4 weeks to get someone to contact me, I am disappointed with the service , please check reviews before making any purchases

I ordered a 3door wardrobe and their products are very flimsy.quality is not good at all.would'nt advise anyone to buy from them

Despite our vehicle being almost stationary at the time of the collision and there driver admitting fault due to his breaks not working, they are using Axin Legal and Recovery Services to continue to harass us with threats of summons. South African law is clear: the driver who rear-ends another vehicle is typically at fault. However, instead of engaging with our insurer as instructed, Axin Legal is attempting to intimidate us into paying for their client’s negligence. This behavior is ********* and unprofessional. I feel compelled to warn others about these tactics and encourage anyone facing similar treatment to stand their ground and ensure accountability. Let’s put a stop to such practices and demand better from legal professionals and service providers.</div>

Super happy with this service! What an amazing experience! Ordered my beds on the Thursday, got a call immediately and received my beds on the Monday! Everything was exactly what I ordered. Stella was amazing! She was in constant communication with me and really went out of her way to get me my urgent delivery done. Really such an amazing experience with amazing products

I am having a painful experience yet again with this company I purchased a Vito in 2021 and they told me it has so many years when I had contacted them they asked for the invoice and sent it to the suppliers then I get a invoice saying I needed to pay....when I spoke to the Suppliers he advised speak to the manager of Ericsson then Val said she's the branch manager and told her I am not going to pay for a new mattress and base when I purchased it was told that I had 10 years and if I had a issue nothing more or less now when I said I don't want a new mattress just service it or whatever for my son she's not responding to my mails I am bring ignored but to sell me a product without explaining is fair now my 10y old is suffering and the suppliers refuse to fix it and Ericssons is ignoring me when this is not my fault Val said I should of read the manual when I purchased why didn't they explain this I want answers!!!!!!!!!

Very impressed with the customer service received from this company! From placing an online order until delivery of the bed base, I received excellent and friendly communication on the status of my order. Delivery was prompt, earlier than expected. Most appreciated was the extra mile that I walk for their customers! Through no fault of theirs, the wrong size was delivered (my fault!). The very friendly delivery guys noticed it when they unpacked the base and fitted the mattress. They called the office, who immediately approved that they return for the correct size base and swap it out. They were back within an hour and exchanged the base, still very friendly and with no issues. Thanks to everybody at Ericssons Mattress and Pine – Centurion for such excellent service, much appreciated!
