Bad quality of service

It has a horrible service. The tech didnt come on the day of my app. When i called the shop, nobody knew about my app, then another app was done and again the tech didnt show up. then eventually, they came in other day. They were in a hurry and saying there was no problem and I kept repeating what was problem. When the tech decided to check again, he saw thete was a problem and said the fire place must be taken to the workshop for service, but he wouldnt do it on that day. He made another app and, of course, nobody came.
