Waste of tax payers money
I get there with a my partner whose bleeding from a deep cut.We are told we are not allowed to be inside the premises of the hospital. We must park outside at night, when there's ample parking space inside.i don't understand why we are paying taxes if we are not even allowed parking space at a government clinic.With a shockingly high crime rate, we are not allowed safe parking to wait for patients.

****ed Up Treatment At Esangweni Clinic
Been here for over an hour for a mere rabies shot, they make us go for vitals on the other side, they call for your name like they don't want, mark your file as "no response" then make you wait hours before they can assist you, no one is communicating with us or anything, found some lady sitting here with a drip, she ddn even know what she she waiting for, everyone keeps asking her whats wrong but no one comes back to attend her, What do you guys call that? Cumon guys, were tax payers here, why must we be treated like yall are doing us a favor?

Unprofessional and disrespect
Unprofessional and disrespect if patient, disgusting service. I arrived at 6H45 at Esangweni clinic Tembisa, the doctors and nurses told us that they have crisis they going to the meeting after 3 hours they came back telling us that their staff said that they're not working until their issues resolved. I imagine those toddlers, elderly and disabled persons that arrive there early sitting there the whole day without help, what they did was unprofessional and disrespectful to patients. they were supposed to resolve they issues before or after the patients left .

No service
I got here at 10:30 and i was told that the lady who works in room 37 is on tea and i was patient enough to wait and only came back from tea at 11:45. I mentioned to her that I've been waiting to be assisted she then wrote my name down and said she'll then shout out my name first since i was the first one, it's now 12:24 still no assistance.

No service

Poor Service
I waited or 7 hours to be attended, I arrive at 13:30pm and was attended at 21:48pm. Only to find out that only one nurse was consulting. There were many patients and other nurses gave some patients a very bad attitude when they asked that why is only one nurse that's consulting.

I waited or 7 hours to be attended, I arrive at 13:30pm and was attended at 21:48pm. Only to find out that only one nurse was consulting. There were many patients and other nurses gave some patients a very bad attitude when they asked that why is only one nurse that's consulting.

ESANGWENI CLINIC IS A DEATH CLINIC
This is the worst clinic ever. If you want to die, just go to Esangweni Clinic. I have been here since 8h40 am, I am still not helped . 1. Administration stuff is chit chatting and gossiping at the front desk instead of opening patients file . 2. The Nurses are horrible and have bad attitude to be nurses , why did they choose a career in nursing if they are not going to assist patients . They have been going to tea breaks and lunches every now and then . In a period of an hour they call one patient or even non to their consulting rooms. I am not going to take this litely, I'm going to lay a complaint to the department of health because this is not a clinic but a pit-stop to the mortuary.

Poor service
I went to get tested for Covid at Sangweni clinic, there was a certain nurse who had too much attitude. Nurses should be friendly especially when dealing with different people from different backgrounds. I'm so disappointed with the service we got there.
