Dissapointed and a frustrates client

My journey started when I signed a Opt on the 5th of November 2023. I am interested to buy a unit in Bluedowns. All the documents that i received from Melody Kriegler was signed and send back to her. With my Otp i offered to pay a deposit which was done on the 9th of November since then I received automated response from the company. In December I called Melody to enquire about the progress of the transaction which she told me they are waiting on Investec Bank as they take about 4-6 weeks to send their documentation. My next call on the 15th of January 2024 and yet she could give me a positive report on the progress and telling me I must bare in mind it was festive season as well I got so angry and told her how *********** they are and festive season is no excuse for no feedback on this transaction and only then I was informed to sign the documents on the 19th of January.2024. 20th Februry I signed the documents fornthe Body Corperate and returned the documents.To date there is no update on this transaction. I called again yesterday 04 March 2024 and I was yet again informed by Melody that the documents was not send to the Deeds Office because the are waiting for consent from the Body Corperate. This is not the first time I am buying a property and within three months i moved into that house and yet the same when I had to sell that property. Why is it taking 5 Months to date. I am not happy the of the responses I get and the lame excuses. This is really incompetence and lack of resposonsibility towards the client. Had i known that this transaction would be dragged out never would i have signed their documents. I am still waiting on the detailed statement on the deposit I paid on this property. This is so frustrating that gives a person sleepless nights because you dont know whether this is a ***** situation. I hope after this reciew to receive a positive outcome.
