Good day Today I experienced bad service at Esithebeni Primary School, 2446 Tshawe Street Zola South. While I was preparing lunch box the power went off (load shedding). When the power came back I went to drop off my daughter's lunch box, a patroller with an attitude started throwing tantrums that she's the principal told her not to take lunch boxes. The procedure is carry your Identification as proof of being the child's parent or guardian. The teacher who was in a the gate came to my rescue and allowed the lunch box to come in. • Parents do drop offs without identification, • Just before I arrived I saw parents drops off of which it's not the first time, • The brigade that took the food went out of the school gate with the food before taking it to my child, • The principal is being protective of her patroller and says the procedure (identification) is no longer done because it's time consuming but it was not communicated with parents. She continued to say I should have called her class teacher and told her I'll bring the lunch box. My question was how do I call while the teacher is in class teaching? The school number is 011 930 1912, they don't have an email address.
