Unacceptable service

I am highly upset of what your branch have done to me tonight 03.05.2025. Your so called shift floor manager Herman Van Der Watt don't know what the woord manager stand for Sir. Your branch is life threatening to me. I'm on chronic anti viral meds Sir Heinrich Brand. Today mid day of 03.05.2025 my husband was there and 2 people also had issues with their ordered meds. The lady that was assisting had dark shaved hair and told my husband I don't have to take my anti virals for 3days I will be oky..well Sir Heinrich Brand that is not what my specialist said. I have hepatitis C and the same as HIV I cannot skip these medication Sir Heinrich Brand. I will inform my medical aid and my specialist on Monday and I will take the necessary steps because your branch is playing with my we'll being..do you know Sir Heinrich Brand hepatitis C is life threatening..Sir I can die. On top of that your staff working in that area had few laugh sessions while I was explaining to arrogant Mr Herman Van Der Watt your shift floor manager. I asked Him numerous times to please give me an email of some one higher and He said contact customer services.
