Too much effort to pick an order on a Friday .

I placed an order on the Essentra website, which is fraught with errors and un reliable stock info. <br> I was told by Fiona that there was no stock. After 2 days of her trying to figure what stock she has, I requested an invoice and paid immediately. She e-mailed to say I could collect my order. On arrival, Im told that they are stock taking and that I should return 3 days later ( after driving from germiston to Midrand to collect ) The General Manager refused to go and pick my order which is so small that they even slapped me with a R98 \small order surcharge"but clearly its too big to just pull off the shelf.
