Bad service | Crooked business | Desperate for money
ETF Projects is run by a guy called Brian Dhliwayo, they do aluminium windows and installations in Pretoria. I paid the 70% deposit as stipulated on the invoice for the 2 windows i needed urgently, They requested more payment after few days and because i was desperate for the windows i did pay. When they came to deliver, the one window was an oversize and they took it back to fix it. They requested an additional payment and i did pay them but they never came back with my window even to date. The guy tells me to come and collect the window myself.. The other window which was okay was not fitted.. The reason was that they were rushing to correct the other one, so i had to find some else to help fit it... Poorest service i've ever seen.. This was an urgent order as my kids bedroom need a window. A 3 day job has turned to be 1 month now. Anyone in need of aluminium windows be warned.. he is so desperate for money
