refund for a tour they cancelled

had booked tickets for a city exchange tour for 16 june 2017 and i called them because i could not attend on that date anymore so i wanted to cancel, Moraka then adviced me to postpone to not lose my money and i agreed as it made financial sense. I then booked for 24 septmber 2017 which then they cancelled two days before the event and sent me a text to send my account details for a refund, to my suprice i bought 2x tickets iniatially at the amount of R760 which i had to add R140 for the 24sept one, now after their cancellation they only refunded me 140 via ewallet after several calls to him and he told how its non of his business i could not attend the first tour which im not even sure of if it happened.
