Etnies South Africa is a Scam site!

I feel very stupid that I have been duped by www.etniessouthafrica.com ! While the site looks totally legit, the telltale signs were soon there that this is a scam site: no confirmation email after purchase, no contact details, the terms and conditions are gibberish, the enquiry functionality does not work. They did successfully take my money though! I honestly dont know where to report this kind of theft. How is this different than robbing someone in the street?
