Worse apartment ever

I just moved in May, truly the worse experience. The cupboard are broken, the balcony door doesn't open, they promised 2 fix it but almost 2 months later still nothing has been done, Bright the agent in charge is truly the worse agent I have ever worked with I would not recommend this place to anyone it is horrible.
