Let me tell you about my recent experience with Deon Abrahams, from Eurostyle windows and doors. He installed our three-tier double sliding doors without informing / consulting with us about the lock system. Upon enquiry about his configuration after installation, he ignored my numerous phone calls, whatsapps and email messages. When I finally got hold of him telephonically, he told me to sort the problem out myself and put the phone down in my ear. We have a quote for further work from another division within the company, which we intented to accept. When I mentioned this to him, he said he doesn't care and we can take our business elsewhere.
