Everythinghair no longer a good online service.
I have been ordering online from Everythinghair for many years but will no longer being doing so. The service offered has really deteriorated. Many of the brands listed are no longer available, there are always problems with payments and they take weeks to deliver. Very poor communication too and it just isn't worth it. You do eventually get your order but it's not a good experience. Such a shame.

Not trust worthy
Do not buy from this company, i ordered a product online, followed up after a few days only to find out their accounts department messed up the payment. Then i was told they didn't have stock and they will refund, its been almost 2 months and now they no longer answer or respond to messages. I would recommend retailbox.com as the safer more reliable and honest option.

Not trust worthy
Do not buy from this company, i ordered a product online, followed up after a few days only to find out their accounts department messed up the payment. Then i was told they didn't have stock and they will refund, its been almost 2 months and now they no longer answer or respond to messages. I would recommend retailbox.com as the safer more reliable and honest option.

Disappointing Experience with Online Purchase and Customer Service
I recently made a purchase of three products online, and unfortunately, my experience has been less than satisfactory. The payment for the items was deducted from my husband's bank account, but, surprisingly, the online purchase did not register on the company's system. In an attempt to address this issue, I reached out to the customer service department, requesting a thorough check of their finances and bank accounts to verify the received funds. However, after a week of waiting, I have yet to receive any proper feedback or resolution. Given the lack of communication, we are now compelled to escalate the matter to our financial institution, FNB, in order to request a reversal of the payment and report the incident as *****. This experience has been disappointing, to say the least, and I hope that the company takes the necessary steps to improve its customer service.

No response
No response on my emails, whats app, facebook or instagram. The whats app messages deliver: tried calling. Cannot get through!! Highly unprofessional when your website says we are delighted to assist!!!

Great business and amazing service
I honestly don't have a single complaint about this business. I received my order super quickly and had no problems placing the order or making a payment. The products were well packaged. And they constantly have many amazing specials. I would definitely recommend and make use of them again.

Great business and amazing service

Scam!!!
I have placed an order on the 17th December, i have up until now received no email confirmation and no shipping details! I have emailed, i have watsapped, fb messaged and have had no response! I have been scammed!!!
