Don't let the location or size of store fool you, you will receive top quality customer service and great deals. One of the few stores where it is a 100% guarantee that I'll walk out with what I need or came looking for.

I bought 2 items from this place of which the sum of the items where over R12000. I spend R395 for 48 hoer delivery just to find out that the item is in a remote warehouse and will take 3-5 working day to reach the store and there after they can only send out to costomers. It is a big problem since when you shop online there is no indication that the delivery of the items fist takes this long to reach the store and then only be send out to customers. When i phoned and spoke to them the online manager was very rude and did not care about my consirns. I would absolutely not advice in bying online unless you love to strugle and deal with rude people

Ordered my parts online last week. And it was here very quickly. I must mention that I stay in Ladysmith, Natal and that evobikes are in capetown, so to have my parts so quick is great. Will buy from them anytime .

Ordered a new pair of MTB shoes on 10 July. The following day Janos contacted me to let me know the size I'd ordered was out of stock, but that they would be able to send me a size bigger (as Shimano shoes are normally a bit smaller anyway) and if they didn't fit they would organize a refund. I received the shoes the following week and they were the perfect fit. Awesome service.

Online bike shop. The website navigates well and has all the features you expect from an online store. Very good selection of products at good prices. Excellent special every now and then. Excellent service and fast shipping.

Purchased an item that was Faulty, when returning it, Evobikes said it was not. I asked for a refund and as they say the item is not faulty they would charge me 10% handling fee which I would have taken so I can just move on. Evobikes convinced me to have it sent to the manufacturer to test and that it would not take long to which I agreed. It is now a week later with not a word from them, it has been up to me to do the following up. They still have no answers so just going to take the refund as there is no knowing how long they will take. Would caution against purchasing online from this store, if there is an issue it gets messy. Also, check other stores, there are many that do not have a 10% return policy.
