Do not use this pest control company in Cape Town

Firstly I had to select 1 star to be able to write this review. However the company which is in Cape Town does not deserve any stars. On 6th October 2018 this company came to my daughters apartment to rid her wardrobe of termites. This cost her R850 but regretably not all the termites were ****ed and she reported this to the company on the 29th November. The company promised to come and give a second treatment. Several appointments were made but each time they failed to arrive which of course wasted a lot of my daughters time. I then got involved and ended up sending 4 emails to Evoution Pest and Hygiene services. I spoke to the secretary who is Megan and the Manager who is Quinton. Megan then phoned my daughter and offered to refund her R400. This never happened which is why I am making this report. There are plenty of Pest control companies in Cape Town so I would strongly advise using this company. Nigel Christie
