Bad service
I have place an order on Friday the 2th and on Monday I was told that I will be receiving my order on Wednesday the 7th . I was only called to say to say that I will not be getting my order as they don't have what I ordered and will not be getting of it anymore I was told that I will be referred with in 48h way did they not say this when I placed the order. Now I am told that they only have the device that is more than what I paid for it is by R200 more and on top of that they don't sell the leqerd I ordered. I was told by the gentleman that he will call me with in 10m it has been 2h later and know call I have tried to call them on the same number as what he called me on but the call don't go through as it goes to voicemail I have tried the number on the website it goes to a call centre of some other company I have known way to contact them as to what is happening. They're are a repoff I don't advise any one to do any business with them the branch at Clearwater mall is f up. How can you not have a contact number.

Excellent customer service received from TJ
Evolution Vape is absolutely amazing. We had TJ helping us and can I just say he was extremely helpful, provided amazing customer service, advise and friendlyness. Would definitely recommend this Vape shop especially if TJ is helping you! Update: We went to evolution Vape once more and TJ assisted once more and provided the same level of excellent service as he did the first time, he's truly an asset!

Service that changes your entire day!
I was experiencing a difficult day and contemplated buying a cigarette. Mpho at the Fourways Mall branch changed my entire vibe, she was professional, considerate and patient. She helped me find a vape that has zero percent nicotine. I am truly grateful for the customer service I received.

Unable to return or reach them, received damaged stock
We bought two vapes in the 24th of December at Menlyn. One of them was damaged in the packaging when we opened it. I've tried to phone them, emailed and got nothing. We live in Krugersdorp and was there for a visit, making the exchange difficult. Till now we've been unable to return it or get any feedback from them.

Evolution vape robbing me.
I've been trying to contact you for more that a week. Your payment system does not work. The order I placed went off my card but no confirmation sent. When I contacted you through chat you claimed it didn't go off. It did!!!!!!! Refund me. Do something to prove you are actually worthy of my money.

Great service
I always get the best service from this little kiosk. The lady there is so friendly and helpful and if you have a problem with a product, they exchange it without any problems. I highly recommend them.
