I purchased denim pants on 26 June 2025. To date, I am waiting for their delivery. The supplier's preferred courier company goes to the store to fetch the item, and they are informed that the package is not ready. Last week, when I called Evolve, no one answered my call. I called in the courier company today, The Courier Guy, and they told me that the store did not hand over the package, because it wasn't ready. I called in Evolve, and I got to know that the Manager of the Store did not inform the Evolve office that the package wasn't collected, and the reason. Today, apparently, the store will book a new collection, and it will be delivered tomorrow. I am disgusted with the level of service. Don't have the decency to let the customer know why and what happened. It's all about collecting the funds and staying quiet.

Evolve denim they **** people online by selling items that they don't have and lie about refunding you since December been waiting for refund always saying the same thing over again.

I am extremely dissatisfied with EVLV's customer service. I placed an order on December 22, 2024 (Order #2708), and it has still not been delivered today, despite it being more than 30 days since the order was placed. Despite numerous attempts to contact customer service, I have faced significant delays and difficulties. Long hold times, disconnections, and exorbitant call charges have added to my frustration. I even visited the Gateway store, only to be told they couldn't process my refund despite the order failure. I was promised a refund over 18 business days ago, but it has yet to be processed. Yesterday, your representative, Mandisa Mthembu ( from customer service - said will process a refund til today nothing. Email is written fashion fusion distribution) promised me a refund, but I have yet to receive any confirmation or the money itself. , Im honestly sick and tired of this company and it's empty promises, This experience has been incredibly disappointing. EVLV's customer service is unacceptable, and I urge them to address these serious issues. And I WANT MY BACK... Yall can keep the items

I would never ever buy from evolve ever again I have since made an order of 3 items online on the 3rd of Dec till to date no items or refund they have making empty promises I don't even know if I will get my refund again. Order 2717

I purchased an item on the 7th of December 2024 and never received it. On the 18th of December 2024 I sent an email asking for feedback, I was told that the item could not be delivered as it was found damaged. For some reason Evolve Denim didn't feel that updating me with this information, while waiting for 11 days, was important. They then further stated on their email that I should specify if I want a replacement or a refund. I specified that if they cannot provide me with the same item as a new replacement I would appreciate a refund...I've had no response from them the whole day. Their communication leaves a lot to be desired...

they have not delivered my parcel, i have been struggling to get hold of them for the past 2 weeks and the customer care line doesnt work, the tracking numbers doesnt exist from the courier and i cant get hold of anyone to get the answers regarding the order, i am starting to think this is a scam, cause there is no shop without a contact numbers.

They won't deliver all the goods you ordered and they refuse to refund the money I have been emailing them messaging via Instagram but no help but they took my money from 5th December when I track my parcel it says deliverd at Port Elizabeth while my address is Johannesburg how possible is that
