Today I am totally disgusted and humiliated by these individuals who work for this company. My family and I were enjoying a peaceful Sunday at Durban north pool. All of a sudden they come straight to me, my son, his family and threaten us gun in holster pepper spray out. What kind of human beings do that in front of family and kids all around. And to innocent people just enjoying a day out. Those are not human beings, please anyone who reads this don't ever use this company they have uncultured, evil, uneducated staff working for tbem

Treated with such disgrace by the security guard at Vincent Park Shopping Centre in East London. I had booked a nice family dinner for 6:30pm this evening and arrived on time. When we approached the entrance of the mall, the Excellerate Security Guard harshly asked us where me and my family were going and told us that we could not enter the mall as it is closed. Bearing in mind, Ocean Basket's entrance is just to the right of Entrance 2 at Vincent Park Shopping Centre and they close at 8:00pm. We had to argue with this rude security guard from Excellerate and when I asked for his name, he told me to please report him to Head Office. After being denied access and having to explain ourselves and then argue to be allowed entry into Ocean Basket for our meal, he had the audacity to follow after the Ocean Basket manager to give her an account of what transpired which could be heard quite well within earshot of the restaurant's side entrance. The disgusting behaviour of this security guard is absolutely appalling. Use Excellerate if you would like to lose customers and have them treated like criminals for just wanting to go out for supper at a restaurant located in the mall. Security guards are supposed to protect and serve those who support the very businesses they are tasked to secure, but yet me and my family were treated so poorly and like criminals for wanting to just enjoy a family meal together. This incident upset our entire evening and is indicative of how someone's approach can severely compromise the very service that we all so dearly respected. It appears that Excellerate does not answer any of their reviews on Hello Peter, so this goes to show their lack of care and concern for the public in general. Think twice before contracting Excellerate Security.

For the past 3 months i have been attempting to get hold of a payroll person at Excellerate Security Services using contact no 0860110011. Someone answers and i ask to be put through to payroll department, nobody answers because the voice message says nobody at this extension must leave a voice message and then after 2 seconds get another message saying the mailbox is full cant take anymore message, does not matter what time of the day i phone. This is unacceptable, can i be provided with a working number in order to address my concerned.

LEBOGANG 0815501127 To whom it may concern I am writing to the poor service that was rendered to me and my family. establishment on the 03 of April 2021 at about 5 pm. prior to our arrival we were busy with our shopping, on our way out to the mall we asked 1 of the security gaurds for directions we were quite lost as we were not sure where we have parked our car all of a sudden the security guard called me in an unpropriate manner all of a sudden security gaurds were surrounding us we were so confused at that time we even asked what was the problem we were told to go to the control room with a stinking attitude we refused because we all knew we were not guilty of any sort but we were forced to go to the control room the guards were very disrespectful, we felt be littled and so embarresed people were lauhging at us some even took videos of us. Therefore when we got to the control room one of the gaurds( please check the cameras) forcefully took my childs phone saying they were taking a video(The phone is even damaged), the gaurds were not co-operative at all we were very dissapointed of the treatment we received after all the money we have spent. After proven not guilty no-one was apologetic we looked like idiots, the treatment was very pathetic! I honestly believe this matter was not handled in a professsional manner and procedures were not followed. Before you accuse someone you need to be sure of your facts and deal with the matter accordingly we were falsely accused for stealing a phone and that doesn’t sit well with us at all may you deal with this complaint and see to it,that it never happens again to anyone. My kids are traumatised we are very angry I honestly cant explain how we feel right now. I honestly don’t think we will ever do our shopping in sandton city ever again!!! We even have proof of the video of how we were escorted to the control room. The gaurds were speaking to us like we were kids. One Guard I know was Samson Maluleke he was way to the extreme his attitude was stinking he even wanted to fight with me physically. I am going to make sure I spread the word and the video will be shared in all social media platfroms. We are not thieves I don't mind printing my bank statement to show how much we spent at Sandton city we are very loyal customers. But just know you have lost us I don't know if we were treated like that based on our color or what( Very Disappointed) You owe us big time! Kind Regards Lebogang

Detained in their Eastgate Mall security office for 2.5 hours because I would not fully complete their incident report! Sent a complaint to their head office and am still waiting for a reply? I was treated like a criminal with armed guards making sure I was detained. They should be reported to the Security Association of South Africa for bullying.

I had such a horrible day today. A security working at KwaDukuza Mall had my day messed up. I came to the bank at about 10:30 not knowing that FNB closes at 11am. I joined the queue and the security let people in the bank that were in front of me. We stood outside the Mall to be let in to FNB. After an hour standing a gentleman that was standing in the queue went to check what made them delay letting us in. He then came back to tell us that the bank had closed at 11, it was 11:45 already. This rude security named Sbonelo came to tell us that the bank is closed. He made us stand outside even worse in such hard times knowing that we could be infected by this pandemic. It goes on, I tried telling him politely that he was supposed to tell us that he made a mistake by making us stand outside and not notifying us about the closing times. He denied making us wait, denied that he saw me and didn't even apologize but was very rude and said "Ngiyahlanya" I am stupid. I then called the Durban Branch to address this matter, a gentleman picked up the phone spoke to him and he took down my number and said the Manager will call. There are people out there desperate for jobs not a person who speaks in such manner with customers.

As I am writing this i am shaking with anger, so today we were at Midlands Liberty Mall in Pietermaritzburg, in our entire lives we have never been so humiliated like that, so we were at the parking outside our car waiting to go and pay for our parking ticket with my family of 5 including mom and dad.. 7 or 8 security guards came rushing towards us, one of them was a holding a gun to his chest (Senzo, that was the name on his name tag), they came to our car and looked through the car's windows and they went around the car and you could see they are searching for something Shocked as we were, we asked what is going on, they said we must come with them inside to the office, actually they were not asking they were demanding, when we asked why they said we will find out inside, so we were escorted by all of them inside like criminals and everyone was looking at us, when we got inside to their office, they told us that I stole a white lady's cellphone at Jet. The way I was so shocked I couldn't even talk at the time, I never even went inside Jet today, so how could I have stolen any fone? So if I stole a fone why are my parents and brothers here? so as soon as they told us that, a lady from Jet came in and said "it's none of them" meaning they had the wrong people, as soon as she said that all the securities disappeared, and all we got was a mere apology from their manager "on their behalf" as they were nowhere to be found Is that how you train your people? To just humiliate people like that without having their facts straight? My mother is diabetic so anyone could imagine the shock she was in when she saw a guy carrying a gun and all those securities escorting us, she couldnt even walk properly This time they messed with the wrong family, we will not leave this lying down, the way I'm so angry right now!!!!!
