BIG value for money
I took the leap of faith for a second-hand iPhone 15. Received it in a timely manner in excellent condition as advertised. A week later I encountered a network problem but a simple text to their number provided me with assistance which resolved it.

Quick Response and Refund
Well, the product I was looking for was out of stock, but I received my refund on the same day. Also, the person who was helping on their whatsapp chat, he/she responded timely and was professional. It's a pity the product I wanted was out of stock

Would Recommend
Was skeptical about the nature as it the deals seemed a bit too good to be true. Ordered my S23+ and was pleased with great customer service and quick delivery. Everything arrived, including a 65w free charger, screen protector and case

I would definitely recommend these guys!
I would definitely recommend these guys. I placed and paid for my order on Saturday and received my phone on Tuesday. They were friendly and responsive via whatsapp chat when I asked questions. Everything was received in good working order and they were kind enough to throw in a few extras. Will definitely buy from them again.

I would definitely recommend these guys. I placed and paid for my order on Saturday and received my phone on Tuesday. They were friendly and responsive via whatsapp chat when I asked questions. Everything was received in good working order and they were kind enough to throw in a few extras. Will definitely buy from them again.

Excellent service and very good value
Excelltronics had a very good price for a Samsung Galaxy S24 mobile phone. As I did not know the company, I first did my homework and decided to go ahead with the purchase after reading the hellopeter reviews. And yes, I also received excellent service. I am based in Stellenbosch, placed the order after hours on Thursday, received confirmation from Mr Khan on Friday that the courier had collected the parcel. As indicated, the parcel arrived within 72 hours (excluding weekend hours), the phone was very well wrapped. I registered the phone with my Samsung account without any problems. Very happy with my purchase and the service received from Excelltronics.

New Cellphone Bought
They have been amazing !!! 😍 This company is in Durban . And we are in Cape Town. Placed and paid for order on Thursday afternoon and received it the next Wednesday morning . Thank you Mr Khan and all staff. I've never heard of them before and was sceptical. Saw their wonderful reviews and took a chance. My son, Damian ordered a brand new phone with them and also received a screen protector and lovely case ! For free !!! So so very satisfied with them. Will definitely order there again if need to. Their prices were the best. Their communication was excellent. If I sent an email, within few minutes they would reply. Just everything was a breeze with them. Thank you so much !

Rapid service, delivered more than was requested.
Superb service! I don't normally leave reviews, but these guys were awesome. I was able to buy a Samsung A34 from them at a lower price than anywhere else, and then they threw in a screen protector and cover as well. Following payment yesterday around 12:30, the phone was delivered 8:30 this morning with a surprise 20W charger included as well!
