Truly Exceptional Service!
In 2021 I needed a button to be sewed on. These exceptionally friendly tailors did the job in no time and did not even charge me anything! Amazing to find such excellent and friendly service here in Rosebank! Keep up the great service! 19 December 2023 Once again had a button that needed to be sewed on! The reception was so friendly and I was asked to wait a few minutes while the button was sewed on there and then! I was not even charged!! Exceptional service again!

Exceptional Service!
Perviously I had exceptionally friendly service from Exclusive Drycleaners in Baker Street - Rosebank and went back this week for trouser alterations. The sercice and a polite, friendly an efficoient as ever! Highly recommended! Keep up the great work!

Bad Service at Exclusive dry cleaners
On Tuesday I took my trousers to the dry cleaners. I was told it will be ready on Friday. Got there to collect and was told it's not ready. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, the manager tells me I came too early as I was apparently told to come in the afternoon. I was there at 14h00 so I don't understand which other afternoon is there. I've never seen such unprofessionalism.
