Complain of no service whilst guarranteed
Àfter numerous attempts to get them to fix the solar water panels I want to inform customers of my terrible experience with this company. I got some panels 5 years ago,after 2 years the fixed all the joints which cracked,after 3 weeks it leaked again on the new joints,and ever since I dont get any response to fix fhis. I sent emails ,wattsapp and spoken to the secretary,and yet another winter is here with 31 panels and 12 years guarrantee ? Today they ars in another meeting,everybody? Always an excuse when and if I get answer. I hope somebody reading this can be saved the pains of using this company.

great quality jacuzzi cover
The jacuzzi cover I bought from this company is top class and much better quality than the others I have had before. The cover is much stronger and thicker and it also looks very nice.

Happy Customer
Exclusive Jacuzzi installed a pool solar heating system and solar cover for us in September last year. Our water temperature has been above 30 degrees for the whole summer and we have never spent as time much time enjoying the swimming pool as we do now. The installation team was very knowledgeable and explained where we should position the solar panels for the best results. We now even swim during the evening and get so much more value out of our pool then we did before. Thank you Exclusive, you guys really did a great job!

Jacuzzi renovation
Exclusive Jacuzzi did a fantastic job with the refurbishment of my old Jacuzzi. They installed new jets, pipes and a new pump system for my Jacuzzi and it’s now running better than it ever has before. The staff was professional and very helpful through the whole process. Best of all they got my Jacuzzi fixed up at a fraction of the price it would have cost to replace it. It’s rare to find a company with so much dedication to customer service and I can strongly recommend them.

Best service ever!
I had a pool solar heating system installed by Exclusive Jacuzzi around 7 years ago. I recently picked up a small leak on one of the connections. I contacted Exclusive and they had their team on site the next morning and problem was sorted. To my surprise they didn't even charge a call out fee and said that the system is still covered under their 12 year guarantee. Thank you guys for the great service and for standing by your promises.

Best service ever!

These guys really know their stuff
Excellent service and commitment from the team at Exclusive Jacuzzi. They installed a solar heating system for my Jacuzzi to help bring down the electrical cost and it has made such a difference. My Jacuzzi heats up faster than ever before and has saved me a good amount on running costs. They also identified a problem on my pump system which I wasn't even aware of and I now have bubbles that I didn't know my Jacuzzi could make. Excellent communication as well from Rudi and Vanessa. Thank you so much guys for the help and professionalism!

Repair and cover
These guys are truly awsome they got my jacuzzi up and running with new element and housing they take pride in their work and price was good alot better then most quotes.they even maid jacuzzi cover too match my wifes colour.its excellent and strong enough for my 6 year old too stand on top off.thanks for taking such pride in ur work.
