Never use Exclusive car parking services at OR Tambo
Did not have our car when we returned and did nothing to remedy the problem. Told us to wait for a shuttle to take us to their premises. We waited half an hour for the shuttle. No explanation given.

Never use Exclusive car parking services at OR Tambo

Red-flag caution to future customers
I had a very stressful, unprofessional and frustratingly poor service experience. The collection driver was 10 minutes late when I dropped off my car. This after I had to call their offices and the receptionist cut the call midway my sentence explaining the poor communication. On return, I followed due procedures by notifying them on time when I went through passport control. Yet, late in the evening, I (single lady) waited 25 minutes before my car was brought to me. On receipt the driver and my car was reeking of alcohol. I will never use their services again and I hope this review is a red-flag caution to potential customers.

It's not worth it.
ZERO STARS!!! Worst service ever, they are ******s in their customers service and the free car wash & vacuum is a **** & a lie. The drivers will abuse & damage your vehicle. I had to call for my car to brought to the parking not the (PARK UP). Avoid disappointment & regrets, make other arrangements.

Damages settled
Recently posted a review regarding this valet parking services, as my car was damaged, after having numerous discussions with the owner, he has settled the cost of covering for the damages. Our dispute was amicably resolved.

Damaged car
Most horrible experience, used this service for the first time, will be my last, my car was dented and scratched. Owner said he will pay for the damages, yet to see if this will be the case. Don't ever use them.
