I noticed that the hair was not of good quality because it was human hair mixed with synthetic hair which was also tangling up a lot I had to constantly brush it but with no difference so I returned the hair on the 23rd of December and asked for a refund which they refused to give and yet promised me new hair.
I waited for the hair for 3 months , from December up until March. During my waiting period I was told by Caroline who is the manager that they took the hair to the quality control for them to check it, which they did and confirmed that the hair was not real hair and that it was ****. On the 5th of March they called me to come collect new hair at the store and only to find out that the hair was either not changed or they gave me the same bad quality hair. The manager is very rude and lacks customer service even her receptionists are scared of her, when you text her she doesn’t respond, she even hangs up calls when you try to communicate with her.
