Please please don't use this company they are not good waiting more than a week for delivery that was to be delivered overnight just to find out they moved my stuff to a storage unit 1200 km away still no delivery they do not take my calls do not know where my things are

I was informed that my delivery would take place on Wednesday and that I would receive the contact details of the delivery team. Based on this confirmation, I planned my work travel arrangements accordingly. Despite multiple follow-up messages and calls to Rodney, I have not received any confirmation, updated delivery schedule, or feedback. My calls are not being returned, and my messages are being ignored. I have paid the quoted amount in full, yet I am being left without clarity on when my delivery will take place. This lack of communication is unacceptable, especially after full payment has been made. As a customer, I expect: • Clear communication • Confirmed delivery timelines • Responsiveness to calls and messages • Professional service I am still waiting for honest feedback regarding the status of my delivery. I booked my move with Excuss Logistics. Theq quote was R2,500.00 and I paid a deposit of R500.00. When I had to confirm my move dates they sent me a quote for R9,200.00. I immediately e-mailed them to cancel my move and refund my deposit. I've sent numerous e-mails and what-app request's but they ignore all my requests. I cancelled the move on 20.11.2025

Please do NOT use this company. My family were moving provinces and we specifically asked for our own truck as we didn't want our things mixed with other people's belongings. We were charged a large amount which we were fine with. However, they still put our belongings with other people's belongings. That's the first issue. Secondly, when we did get our belongings: 1. They didn't give us all our things. Some important items were never received. 2. Some of our things were broken, including furniture, dishes, glasses, ornamental items. When we reported it we were asked to take pictures so that they can see where the damage is and how they can get those fixed or replace. They never got back to us even after countless communication from my family's side. They are the worst. Do not use them if you value your hard-earned money and personal property. Very unprofessional way of operating a business. Disclaimer: this one star was given only because I had to select it to give the review. Otherwise, I'd give them the biggest negative.

A single star is appropriate because at least they had some communication going. The rest, however, I was less than pleased. My goods took more than double the promised delivery time to arrive, and when they did, some of the boxes were wet at the bottom. I had one box where I wrote "Handle with care" be9it had my glassware - oh boy. Also, one of my boxes was missing, as well as my fan. So, it's months later and I'm still waiting on that. Overall, I regret having gone for the cheaper option, it cost me more in the end. Personally, would not recommend.

The delivery company did not let me know that they will be late. I had to call the driver for an update of where they were and they kept on changing the ETA. Turns out they had issues with the truck but that was not communicated with me. However the manager reassured me and they were very patient with me before I received the moving date. Very quick with the quotation. None of my items were missing or damaged.

Excuss Logistics services is super easy to access, with their team available 24 hrs on their WhatsApp platform. They do make follow up calls and are precise in what they cover in the quotation. Their delivery team is responsible and respectful. They are trained packers and assisted with some of the items that were not properly wrapped. This was the second time I use Excuss Logistics, and I would definitely recommend them. Their rates are reasonable and I appreciate the discreet trucking to protect the consignment. Thank you Excuss Logistics.

Their delivery team is responsible and respectful. They are trained packers and assisted with some of the items that were not properly wrapped.
