Be careful, your car may be returned damaged without explanation
Please be careful when using this company. We expected our vehicle to be taken care of while they returned our vehicle with the front bumper being damaged to the point that they even cut out a piece of the bumper as if they were going to try do a mini repair. The grill is loose, scratches identified and a section cut out. Check your vehicle!! We have called and written to them on the damage to try ascertain what happened and yet no-one has been in contact with us. We have thus handed them over to legal.

Worst airport parking service in Durban
This is honestly the worst parking service I’ve ever used in all my traveling life! The night “manager” is the worst individual to provide anyone new to Durban a service. That man tried to intimidate me by speaking all up in my face and called me “isifebe” all because I was trying to get directions for where to collect my car. And also…they take your car keys which is *******. They made me pay for parking at the airport which I don’t mind coz it’s chuck change but does it make sense to pay for a parking service and be made to pay for parking at the airport again? That night manager accused me of being broke because I complained that they didn’t wash my car which was an add on service I requested…they didn’t wash my car. There was bird **** all over the windscreen and dust all over the car both inside and outside. And my car smelled like cigarettes which I don’t smoke. The “night manager” threatened to get me killed coz I asked for directions to where to fetch my car and why I was being made to pay for a car wash and a parking ticket. Definitely the worst service ever. It’s sad that Durban treats its tourists like this. Definitely zero stars.

Execupark Valet Parking gives Excellent Service
What a pleasure doing business with Execupark. From the time we organised our trip to the drop-off of our car at King Shaka International to the pick-up on our arrival back, the service was excellent. Friendly people and very efficient.

Execupark durban. Excellent service
Verg good service from Execupark durban. From the booking it was quick and effective to the collection and deliver of the vehicle back to me was a smooth as could be. Special thanks to Donovan the driver he even managed to get my car back to me at a different location as the cruise changed the drop off location and they even helped me get out of Durban central and back on the freeway. Will highly recommend Execupark for any airport parking and harbour parking. Their rates are also very good.
