The manageress has a very poor attitude on customer service and happiness. A month or 2 back. I bought an expensive musili cereal for breakfast from a different concern. I bought the Rosa brand milk from Exclusively foods. On pouring it on to the cereal it was like runny cottage cheese. I returned it immediately. But with absolute attitude " like tough it's your problem" NO consideration that museli is not cheap. I had too wash the sour milk off with tap water as not to waste. 2nd incident Monday Public holiday 28/04/2025 we out of hunger purchased pies from the concern. Shamrock Chicken pies ( the only 2 they had available) Only afterwards realized do to info from a staff member that the pies just get left in the Pie warmer for 2 to 4 days. Only after we got sick did we see that 26/4 written on the packet. The chicken was rancid and sour. I took a bite and a half of my pie. My partner being starvlingly hungry ate quickly 75% of hers. I said these pies are off. I returned them immediately. With the same attitude with the sour milk. Amanda the manageress said " Oh how come is it half finished?) And I was made to feel like I am the problem. Not right at all I support daily Exclusively foods. But doubting. Also got told "Any other shop could have sold you bad pie" Pies resulted 30 min after injesting ( Vomiting and stomach movement's ( running) )
