I ordered side steps for a Ford Ranger T9 on the 18th of June around midday. Yaseen was exceptionally helpful from start until end. My product was delivered the next day on the 19th of June before 11am. Yaseen thank you for all your assistance and i will be certain to come back and do some more purchases.

I recently made a purchase on their website. After more than a month all communication is non-functional. The company is basically a *****ulent company. You cannot get a hold of the company nor any representative of the company. I bought a bonnet protector and made payment via Payfast. I have emails that seem to be auto sent confirming my order and payment. I have tried to call the numbers provided which just ring with no answer, I tried the WhatsApp which doesn't exist and I also tried to email the addresses provided and no reply. I have had no response nor communication since the order was confirmed

Purchased some body parts from Exotic auto accessories unfortunatley the stock was finished.....what I am happy about is the customer care that I got, its second to non.In less than a day I got my refund.I am looking forward to purchasing my car body parts from these guys as soon as they have them.

Best aftersales service that I have experienced. One can make purchases from them knowing that they will look after you in the long run. Thumbs up from me!

They shouldn't even get 1 star. There should be an option for zero star. I've ordered items from exotic accessories on the 14th of June. I Sent an email on the 24th of june requesting a follow up because I haven't had any feedback on my order. Still haven't had any response to the email. So I ended up getting through by calling on the 27th of june at which point I was promised delivery between the 1st or 2nd of july. Today is the 16th of July, just over a month and I still have not recieved my order or any sort of courtesy call or even an email to explain the delay. I'm extremely disappointed with the service and would not recommend anybody to deal with such an unprofessional company. I personally wouldn't mind the delay if they had the decency to atleast respond to my email with an explanation of some sort. At this point I don't even expect a delivery so I will just have to take it as a loss.
