Headache!

A 2 star because I had to follow up with my order, from calling the store, head office, and courier company endlessly to receiving an expired waybill, but a 4 star because they were all very polite although they first gave me a run around..Order placed on the 4th arrived on the 14th..A big sigh of relief.
