EAR Expert Appliance Repairs DON'T USE THEM
The offered immediately service. They arrived 2 hours late. Overcharged me to repair my refrigerator and I was left with a refrigerator that froze everything. When I called Joel so that they can come and fix it he stopped taking my calls and also ignored my whatsapp messages after initially promising immediate follow up service. They insisted on me paying them immediately after the repair. 2 days later the technician returned with a part which may solve my problem. Time will tell. Do not use them. This is their contact number on the website currently 072 1408 613 or Joel's number 065 073 5342.

EAR Expert Appliance Repairs DON'T USE THEM
The offered immediately service. They arrived 2 hours late. Overcharged me to repair my refrigerator and I was left with a refrigerator that froze everything. What a con artist be aware!!! should no one ever be so ******** to deal with this company or should i rater say person Joel. He not just took the money and disappeared he lies to a person making my elderly mom sit and wait for him for days. This is what he does the cons people and gets away with it what is even worst he exploits elderly people which is even worst! same on you !!!!!!

What a con artist be aware!!! should no one ever be so ******** to deal with this company or should i rater say person Joel. He not just took the money and disappeared he lies to a person making my elderly mom sit and wait for him for days. This is what he does the cons people and gets away with it what is even worst he exploits elderly people which is even worst! same on you !!!!!!

Waiting almost 3weeks now

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Technicians have absolutely no clue what they are doing!! Charged me R6100 to fix my washing machine and my fridge! Came out for a second time yesterday just to stand and stare at my washing machine. I have requested a refund as my washing machine is still not fixed! I have had to get another reliable company out to come and sort out the washing machine!!!Would not recommend this company to anyone. They take your money and don’t fix your appliance. Not competent at all to do the job. Have sent numerous Whatsapp's to request a refund for a job not done and don't even get a reply. Can see that my messages has been read!! Also does not want to refund. By the looks of their website….Jack of all trades….Master of None ... and most definitely ****MERS!!!!

Expert Appliance Repairs are *******
O 15 October 2024 we had an AEG combi oven that need repairing. I googled places that could do this work. I found an impressive site for Expert Appliance Repairs (Pty) Ltd, co reg 2022/658282/07. Director Lessie Joel Manzi, passport 0661308. His contact number is 0711001281. I got hold of him. He removed the oven and apparently went to AEG to get the part. After weeks of asking what the progress of the repairs were, and endless excuses from Joel, I contacted AEG directly and they told me that the part was not available as that model had been discontinued. I relayed this to Joel who then disputed the fact. On 12 November 2024 he sent me a message saying that there was a delay in repaying me but payment will be done on that day. He even phoned me and we agreed that he can deduct a R750 call out fee from the amount that I paid. Since the nothing. Beware he is a *****

Expert Appliances should be renamed as Expert Con Artists When we first phoned them due to our Samsung Freezer not working, they came to our house fairly quickly (within 24 hours) . They then apparently fixed our issue and demanded payment immediately of R 2700 which we paid. Less than 5 days later we had exactly the same issue and I phoned them to come round and fix as per heir one year warranty…. From then on it was a nightmare as they never returned one call. We only managed to get hold of them (and I say them as there were 3 numbers we were given – Joel , Bheki and Biento) when we used a different number to phone them from. Of course, they then repeatedly promised to come to our house to fix the freezer. In the meantime, 2 weeks went past with a phone call or more each day and a promise each day for one of them to visit. Finally, they did actually arrive almost 3 weeks later and said it was now a gas problem and they re-gassed it. It was not working when they left but they promised overnight it would settle which of course it did not. Since then, we have phoned, WhatsApp and messaged and they have never returned or answered one call. We have now used a different service provider to fix the fridge who say nothing has been replaced and the fridge has been over gassed. Bottom line is do not touch expert appliance with a barge pole. Our assumption is that they are obviously professional con artists!!

Warning – ****mers Do not use this company under any circumstances – this is a ****ster’s website. They are full of promises and lies that never materialize. The first attempted repair on the 26th June they used a second-hand part which they claimed was a new part that they stripped of one of their other customers washing machines that they had repaired and was awaiting delivery – it was not the correct part and the washing machine went into a never ending cycle. I messaged them on the 28th June that the washing machine was no working correctly. They did not respond to the message. I needed to follow up on the 2nd July – they messaged back that they had ordered the part. I had to continue messaging them through to the 5th July to query the status of the part. The eventually called on the 6th July saying they would be there at 5 o’clock in the evening. They did not arrive at the promised time. I called them back with no answer – the only way I managed to get through to them was blocking my callerid. It was another excuse that their car had broken down. Needless to say they arrived eventually at around 7:30 pm with an incorrect part again. The fitted part had the same issue of the first part with the SpeedQueen washing machine going into a never-ending cycle. They requested my old part which they took away with them saying they needed it to order the correct part. They promised to be here on Monday 8th July by 1 o’clock. They never arrived and have not been back since. I contacted them and they said they were awaiting the arrival of the part from the agent. Expert Appliance Repair claimed the part needed to come from Cape Town and sending me obviously a fictious message purported from the Speed Queen agent. I took it upon myself to find out who the Speed Queen agent was and called them with the serial number of the washing machine. I was informed by the spares department the part was in stock. Again I called to query when my washing machine was to be fixed and return to service. Another excuse together with an image claiming his technician had been in an accident. This turned out to be another lie. This horrific image he sent (link to image that was sent Search (bing.com) turned out to be an image from the Congo War. I called him to uncover his lies only to be met another lie that his technician had sent him the image. I have not heard from them since and the washing machine remains unrepaired as of the 22nd July If I could rate this company zero stars I would
