Excon Engineering and Explicitroofs

I just discovered that this company owner operates under two names " Excon Engineering and Explicitroofs" The owner is Willem Theron and does not deliver on any project. This is a scam and will come out give you a quote and ask for deposits. Once you have paid the problems start with delay in service. Excuses will start with vehicle problems, the delay in manufacturing from suppliers and so forth. When you demand for refund or that you will take further action he declares himself broke and unable to refund you or complete the job unless you pay for the stock so they can finish. Be warned this is a scammer taking innocent peoples money and has no shame in it.
