Worst service
Took my car for wash today, they indicated this would take 3 hours, returned after 3 hours, car not washed, still in que, windows open, key in ignition, no supervision. Second time round in a row I have had bad experience, pls avoid if you cherish your vehicle. Contacting my lawyer to open case of negligence against this franchise

Worst service
Took my car for wash today, they indicated this would take 3 hours, returned after 3 hours, car not washed, still in que, windows open, key in ignition, no supervision. Second time round in a row I have had bad experience, pls avoid if you cherish your vehicle. Contacting my lawyer to open case of negligence against this franchise

Complain and plea
I once work for the car wash even appointed to be the supervisor I was never registered never got the contract till I was unfairly dismissed by the director who's name is Cody v and there is an ongoing ***** in that place and customer always complain about the price change done every time small cars are now being charged R1000 instead of the original price which is R800 and the service is poor....I once witnessed the owner drinking and verbally insulting a customer

Nalatigheid en ongemanierde werker by Sunwardpark Lifestyle Carwash veroorsaak amper 'n ongeluk
Goeie dag , ons is Bejaardes en Pensioenarisse , my motorkar was amper deur 'n getatoeëerde seun in 'n wit dubbel Kajuit bakkie op steroids gestamp agv die nalatigheid van een van jul werkers, 'n jong blonde kop seun wat ipv die bakkie driver aanwysings gee , met hom klets op Sondag oggend om so tussen 11h00 en 12h00 in die Sunwardpark Lifestyle Sentrum naby die kar wassery. Die werker van julle het nie eens die ordentlikheid en maniere gehad om verskoning te vra nie nadat my toeter die bakkie driver tot stilstand gebring het nie. Ek is baie ontsteld deur die bakkie driver se aggressiewe houding. Leer asseblief jul werkers maniere en etiket asseblief. Die uwe LA Botha

Poor service at “express car wash”
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at Express Car Wash, located at Mall at Reds, on 16 March 2025 I arrived at your facility at 7:55 AM and was third in the queue for a car wash. Expecting a reasonable turnaround time, I returned to collect my vehicle at 8:50 AM, only to be informed that the cleaning process had just started. This delay was both unexpected and highly inconvenient, as I had planned my schedule based on the assumption that my vehicle would be ready within a reasonable timeframe. I find this level of service unacceptable, especially for a business that markets itself as an “express” car wash. There was no communication regarding the delay, and no effort was made to manage customer expectations. I value efficiency and professionalism when choosing a service provider, and unfortunately, my experience fell far below those standards.

Shield Express Mall at Reds - breaking parts on vehicles!
I took my daughter's new Mini Cooper in for a wash, only to find the antenna missing. We finally found it in the washing bay driven over by other vehicles! The manager said to bring him a quote, and they will fix it. Did all that, got the best price (R570) only to hear that all vehicles are there on own risk and we can get 4.5 washes for free! I am loosing out big time because they will NEVER see me again! For what? To break something else and just hand out free washes? No thanks

Shield Express Mall at Reds - breaking parts on vehicles!

Poor Service
Recently bought a 2nd hand vehicle and took it the following day to Sunridge Car Wash. We inspected the vehicle upon buying it and identified all body imperfections. Car stayed overnight at the car wash cos they could not finish it in time. Upon collecting the vehicle, I discovered that the drivers side door had been scratched, I contacted seller and person who accompanied me when I bought vehicle, confirmed that it was a new scratch I’ve been to them on numerous occasions, only to be told that they viewed the camera recording and found no evidence that it happened there. I’ve been told by the staff that the owner will call me , but to date nothing. Thus poor service cost me R700 and the repairs will probably another 1K Please be wary of these people, only in it for the money. I will not recommend them at all The R700 valet was poorly done as well.
