Unpaid rental
Mihloti is a **** people, she is been managing my property, since December 2025, she was nowhere to be found to pay my rental which the tenant paid and showed me a proof. Eventually I got hold of her in January and she was telling me the whole story about bank *****. Now she is no longer answering my calls. I would like to take her to task.

Unpaid rental

Dishonest agent who provides *****ulent lease agreement. Beware - you will be homeless!
Mihloti Nkuna is a dishonest estate agent. My experience with her included ***** and theft. Please be very cautious when dealing with her, she does not conduct herself within the requirements for estate agents. I signed a lease agreement which she *****ulently signed, which differed from the version provided to the landlord. She misrepresented to me and made me sign a lease agreement for a property that was going through an imminent sale, after informing the landlord that the lease was drafted in loose terms - allowing them to require me to move when the sale was finalised. I was not made aware of this arrangement prior to signing the lease. I then had to leave the property after staying for one month. The financial and personal cost of moving into and out of the apartment has caused me great suffering. On top of that she has withheld my deposit of R9500 which she has failed to pay. This person is a ******** masquerading as an estate agent.

I'm the property owner, Mihloti Nkuna assisted me to get a tenant for my property. The tenant moved in the property and I was not paid in full for the first month. I made enquiries to Mihloti as the agent and she confirmed that the tenant had already payed to her account but she refuse to pay the whole amount for the rental, she only paid half and claimed the other half is for admin fees. I was not made aware of those charges as the agreement did not had any fugures in it. She also failed to provide me with the lease agreement for this tenant She's so unprofessional and inconsiderate.

Ms Antonnette Mihloti Nkuna from Exquisite Homes Realtor had approached me and offered her services to manage my property on my behalf. Unfortunately,she has violated my trust and disappeared with two months' worth of rental money as well as the deposit that was paid by the tenant. Despite my repeated attempts to contact her, she has been unresponsive and has failed to provide any explanation for her actions.
