crystal shop owner has no integrity and misrepresent her stock to clients

This is a young entrepreneur, whom I've supported during lockdown. I have bought a substantial amount of stones from her during this period. With dismay, I discovered that she was over charging me for stones (polished, unpolished), or I that I have paid for stone/s but not received it. I have discussed this with her - her reaction, she does not need this energy. I've returned the last purchase of which I was refunded. Today with shock I discovered that she is advertising the same crystal (Septaria sculpture from Madagascar) l I bought from her (and returned) at a price of R680 and she charged me R1460. I still have the WhatsApp messages of both the adverti*****ts with the photo's - it is the same crystal. Unbelieveable
