Retirement funds

I'm john masoabi I have been working to one of the companies called exr construction so I retired last year on the 20th of June so they said all my funds I will get it from Alexander Forbes only I received from a Forbes is provided fund and when I'm asking exr about my retirement funds they also is at Allexernder Forbes and they told me Allexernder Forbes invested my retirement funds for 10 years so I went to a Forbes they said they didn't get my retirement funds from exr they only receive provident fund and the Allexernder Forbes called me today and they told me that is exr who invested my money even though I didn't get any interest so what I want is exr construction to deposit my money to my bank account
