Worst service!
Worst service I have ever received!! Owner does not take any responsibility and forgets that we signed an agreement with him and paid monies into HIS account. When contacted telling him about issues after last payment was made (and water still coming through "fixed" areas..... he shrugs it off and replies with "well, that is dissapointing"....) He never checked on his workers, they were left unattended multiple times. Then I would find them sleeping in my garage... Not to mention all the stuff that went missing from my garage. We supply materials for building work and still get charged for it...and then as the client have to explain what we have supplied. Because no record has been made from his workers side. We get charged for clean up, but I paid outside people to come clean their mess. I paid people to take away rubble.....but I was charged again!!! His previous partners from years ago show up at my house over weekends to talk **** about his workmanship and the way he does his clients in and why they left the business. As a paying client (and a popular business owner in Port Elizabeth), I do NOT appreciate this. Also cannot a stick to deadlines, and when confronted we as the client receive attitude!! Arbitrator doing his thing now, thank goodness!!!!!
