Their service is reliable
I’ve had a great experience with Eye Online. I usually buy my eye drops from them for my dry eyes, and the service has always been reliable. Good prices, quick delivery, and an easy shopping experience. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience
I ordered my contact lenses and was pleasantly surprised when they arrived much earlier than the estimated delivery time. As a bonus, they even included free eye drops with my order, which was a really thoughtful touch. Highly recommend

Stone age shipping options and sub-par customer service.
It's 2026 - if you want to run an ecommerce business, you need to up your shipping game. No collection or PostNet options are simply not good enough. Your customer service agent's snotty, unhelpful attitude also reflects badly on your business.
