Stop debit order

This company called me and offered me a loan of R8000 and I approved a mandate knowing that I will get my money till today I have not received any money from them and they are deducting R943 every month...please I want them to stop deducting from my account...Please tell them to stop deducting because I cannot reverse that amount.
