SCAM ARTIST LAWYER - FABIAN SITZER

Fabian Sitzer is a con man / FRAUD! We were introduced to him by our auditors to assist us in a CCMA matter. We had a few meetings and he basically wasted 2-3 months of our time. No money was exchanged as it was on a contingent basis. We eventually parted ways and got a PROPER attorney from a leading legal firm. Long story short, Fabian Sitzer was totally unreliable, late for meetings, terrible manner, pathological liar and recently found out that he is NOT a registered attorney with the Cape Law Society! He lied to us from the get go saying he is a legal practicing attorney in the courts, and will be an advocate on 16 July, whereby his fee will double. When I asked him to present his practice number, he gave a bogus number and says he practices under a colleagues number, which is totally unlawful. We will be reporting him to the Cape Law Society and will lay criminal charges very shortly! STAY AWAY FROM FABIAN SITZER!
