Over the past 4 years business banking with FNB has been nothing short of a disappointment. They are one of the biggest financial institutions in RSA, but their platforms just don't work. Their 3PIM system is mostly broken and we've had repeated issues with their online enterprise banking. They are inconsistent and there is not one investment that we've made through their 3PIM system on behalf of a client, that has gone through properly. When we raise these issues with them, they want us to resolve the issues that their platform causes, manually. We are now exchanging Excel spreadsheets with them, to try and rectify the issues.

I went on to the FNB app and used the chat function which seems like a great idea. (avoid going to the bank etc) But after 30 mins of asking a simple question to know if I need pay manually for a bounced debit order they say I need to call a number and they can assist?! Why keep me stringing along for 30 mins to give me that as a solution? I have had this multiple times with FNB. The consultant just passes the buck if its to much admin for them. Where is the customer service? Where is going the extra mile to make the customers life a little easier? I am now going to have to go into the bank cos I know if I call they are also just going to pass the buck Now when I want to hold them accountable and get contact details to speak to a manger no response. This is not the first person either, it seems like they are specifically trained to do this. FNB you need to do some customer service training for you call centre and messaging staff!

FNB Homloans SHOCKING service. I send in a request to have my homloan repayment reduced as I had paid a large lump sum in. needless to say by bond repayment doubled and I have spent 7 days and umpteen calls and no one can explain to me what has been done and how to rectify it. apparently it has been escalated to numerous people on numerous times and I am still waiting for feedback.I am horrified.Sad state of affairs.

Shahid and cohorts will take your cash and not deliver the service that they have promised. On top of that you will not receive any updates and they just stop taking your calls. If you appreciate your sanity stay away from these guys. I have been waiting for over a year for them to come and install my curtains... Till today

We have been customers of the company for decades and spent thousands on curtaiming snd blonds. Service from a first class gentleman named Cassim was outstanding. Recently a minor problem developed with some Roman blinds. We called and Cassim (who is in sales) is off ill. We spoke with Natasha many times. All we have had are promises that somebody will call us. In these times we don’t mind waiting for the repair but a reputable company should treat all customers with some form of respect. As good customers I personally have had enough of Natasha and her empty promises. She can explain to her bosses why loyal customers shop elsewhere even in difficult times. Totally disgusted

FNB absolutely pathetic service!! Advertise and promise customers to switch debit orders when opening new business accounts; BUT waste over two months asking for forms to be completed and then claiming to be unable to contact service providers such Afrox, MTN to effect the switch. Can't have been more displeased with the service. I would've proceeded to do the work myself from the beginning instead of relying on incompetent bank like FNB. In future I will definitely take my banking to other banks.

How can one get anyone at FNB to contact me ???? Please advise if you know the secret...... Private banker - just rings Forex control - no email answers and phone just rings . A forex transaction has been returned , they want to charge a fortune - do you think anyone will try and help ..... NO . This has been going on for days .
