ALISON COOMBS IS A ****MER AND STRAIN ON THE ECMOMMERCE INDUSTRY IN SOUTH AFRICA
I am the owner of www.thebeautiful.co.za. We have dealt with Alison many times in the past. I even had customers coming to me asking why our *sales agent* Alison is so useless, only to tell them that I have never met Alison or am associated in her so called *business* Everyone in our industry has to deal with the damage she has done to hundreds if not thousands of clients. She routinely asked us to provide her with fairybag stock, only to not pay and like many other have said she always has excuses. Either her suppliers are not stocked or she is in the hospital. PLEASE DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH HER. Everyone is sick of her. Please order from us or a business that provides tracking within 24 hours and has reviews. Please read all the reviews of this site. We and many others have opened police cases against her and all the ****mers from Facebook. Her site is, Thank God. Offline for matanince. Stay safe out there and best of luck with getting your refunds in place. We have heard rumors that she owns not R10 000s but R100 000s to various suppliers and clients

Lies and more lies
For the past month I have been struggling to get the bag delivered and when realized it wasn't being delivered tried to get a refund. Excuses after excuses. From being told she is waiting for tracking number from the courier company when it was not even courier yet, to not be able to transfer the money because waiting for supplier to refund her. Too many other excuses in between to even mention. Lies, lies, lies, that's all that you are going to get out of dealing with Allison Coombes....

**** alert!!! Please don't order anything from Alison Coombes. She has a website fairybags.co.za She sends invoices and everything looks legit, but you never receive your parcels. If you inquire about it, she has 100 excuses!! If you insist on a refund she also has a lot of excuses but you never receive your money. Sadly it looks like I'm not the first to be caught by her! Only realised this after I ordered on her website and got suspicious because I didn't receive a tracking number and she kept making excuses. Update: I went to open a case at the police against her. When I send her a photo of the case I was busy opening she refunded me immediately but only partially,not the full amount. When I told her she didn't pay the full amount she made false promises once again. When I tried to log onto her website again today , I saw it's now under "maintenance"...... She also doesn't answer when you try to phone. So please stay away!!!

I wish I had read all the reviews before ordering from Allison at fairybags.co.za. I ordered, paid and was assured the bag would be delivered within 5 days. I never received a tracking number and only got story after story, but no delivery. Such a disappointing experience that I hope noone else has to go through. Allison is a ****mer. Beware.

My daughter ordered a bag from Fairybags, owner Allison Coombes on 02 December, I opted to purchase 1 as well. To date no handbags. The owner was informed that the bags needed to be delivered before 14th December. No delivery. The owner has advised she will make a refund. Fairybags Bad experience!!!
We ordered 6 bags from Alison. Paid the money for the bags. She said that she will only do the order ones the money is in her account. Confirmed that she has received the money and asked when we will receive the bags, was told that the order will be delivered on that weeks Friday. Thursday came and confirmed with her if we are still receiving the bags the next day, and she said that there is a problem with the women that collects the bags for courier guy, then said the bags will only arrive the following Monday. Send her a whatsapp this morning to confirm what time the bags will arrive, only to find out that there was again a problem with the courier guy and that the bags will only be delivered the Thursday. Got in contact with Alison over call, only for her to say that the supplier does not have the bags that I ordered and that the order has not been send to courier guy. This has been the worst experience!!! I will not do any business with them again and will tell anyone that wants to order bags from them not to. You can't give clients false hope of receiving. Stick to your word!!!!

Allison from fairybags South Africa is a big ****mer. I paid my order on the 20th September and week after week she promised to deliver. She even told me her dad died. This is so sad because I will definitely go to a shop and leave the online shopping. Sad how people ***** without blinking their eyes. She doesn't even deserved one star!!!!!!!

Allison from fairybags South Africa is a big ****mer. I paid my order on the 20th September and week after week she promised to deliver. She even told me her dad died. This is so sad because I will definitely go to a shop and leave the online shopping. Sad how people ***** without blinking their eyes. She doesn't even deserved one star!!!!!!!

Don't Let Fairybags **** You!!
The worst shopping experience EVER! It took 53 days from payment to the point where Allison paid my money back. I warned her that I am going on social media and she repaid in 3 installments. Her supplier did not deliver. (Asked the supplier - She is flagged Nonpayment!) She was taken to hospital. Her dad died (She will send me a photo of him in the coffin) She can't pay me back because she can't drive to the bank. (Internet banking??) In the meantime she updated her phone. The 3 reviews on her website are ****. Please make sure to read all the Hellopeter Reviews before you order. She is a ****mer. She does not deserve the one star on my review.
