Refurbishment of pool
My swimming pool needed refurbishment and Nick quoted to do the work - it was within reason. He completed the work within budget and time and thus far I am satisfied with the work. The leak that was there is gone.

Falcon eco projects
Our swimming pool had a leak and after receiving a ridiculously expensive quote from another pool guy stating that he would have to do a gas test to determine where the leak is, I contacted Nick. He found the leak within 10 minutes - it was quite a job to fix it as the leak was in the solar heating pipes, running beneath the deck. He fixed the pipes without damaging the deck and we have had no issues since. And also at a third of the price that the other guy quoted. We’ve also since then acquired his services to fix the pool pump. He did a good and neat job👍🏼

Do not use Falcon Eco Projects (Nick Marais)
Terrible pool marbelite work done by Nick Marais. He did a very bad job of remarbeliting my parents pool who are pensioners. The marbelite is losing its blue colour and cracks are already appearing (after 6 months). He blamed the poor work on his marbelite suppliers and said he has put a claim in against them (which is not the clients problem) before he rectifies. Nick has also kept promising to redo the pool for 6 months. The last excuse was that he doesn't have money to redo it. Nick takes advantage of pensioners and people who are not familiar with the construction industry. Absolute crook. NICK IF YOU ARE READING THIS WE ARE EXPLORING LEGAL OPTIONS

JACK OF ALL TRADES - MASTER OF NONE
Please do not use Nick Marais. He claims to be a master of all trades but is a master of none. I hired him to replace by wooden floors in my house. I paid a huge deposit. Then there were endless excuses to start the work. He then used the incorrect wooden supports and installed the wood i purchased upside down. He was absolutely clueless - in 3 weeks i still did not have floors in my house. I had to ask him to leave to due his inability to complete the job competenly. I got another contractor who took 2 days to install, sand and seal the floors. He did not use my deposit for materials but for personal expenses and now he will not refund my deposit claiming he has no work.....BE WARE.
