Sadly very bad service, if not to say insultingly inexistant. Overshadows the claimed premium position of the products. Will definitely think more than twice before going ahead with the crazy idea of buying from them again.

Great products, Great service.
I am very happy after my first Falke SA site purchase. Great selection, OK prices. They deliver for free over R500. And delivery time is reasonable. When I got my socks, it was in a little Falke "gift box". With a sleeve that you pull off to reveal your socks. With a little message inside... Made the unboxing a bit special... Will definitely be back in future.

Great products, Great service.
I am very happy after my first Falke SA site purchase. Great selection, OK prices. They deliver for free over R500. And delivery time is reasonable. When I got my socks, it was in a little Falke "gift box". With a sleeve that you pull off to reveal your socks. With a little message inside... Made the unboxing a bit special... Will definitely be back in future.

Falke Socks tight rib cuff.
I would have given Falke Socks 5 stars (it is the only socks I wear as I enjoy seamless socks) but I do need to put this warning out there, on two seperate occasions I bought a pair that had extremely tight rib cuffs that caused me serious pain from restricted blood flow. I am petite and have never had this problem the other times. So keep your receipt in case you need to return the socks.

Really bad service from Falke SA
I will never use falke SA ever again, I ordered certain things online and paid overnight postage, that was 2 days ago, apparently there was an issue but nothing was communicated and when we phoned them to find out was happening we were told that it was on the way and will be delivered in 2 days, so paying overnight means you have to wait 4days which is ****** downright daylight ******* and all you get from them is sorry, SO PROFESSIONAL!

Visited the Falke sock factory in the Western Cape.
I have supported this shop for many years and absolutely love it! We always come away with a bagful of bargains. Excellent quality, fun designs and colours. The choice of what's available will depend on what stock has come in, since it's a factory outlet that sells end of season ranges and seconds, so you can have fun finding some special delights. Friendly staff and prices way below retail, but it is frustrating that their prices have to be so inconsistent depending on where you buy the socks. They are premium, sure, but I have to consider value for money as well since I am not from the WC.

Impressive service from Falke
I am very impressed with the service I received from Falke. The racer bras I ordered were too small and unknown to me were not returnable. Falke sent me a replacement bra at no extra cost. Shafika in the on-line department is a pleasure to deal with on the telephone. Thank you for your fantastic service - I have no hesitation in ordering from you again.
