I ordered goods on 17 April 2024 and then received expired products. I immediately contacted the seller which promised me to they will replace the products asap. After following up, numerous times via whatsapp, by 25 May 2024, I asked to be reimbursed with the amount I paid. I also e-mailed them about this problem, but did not received any answer back. It is totally useless to hope that they will deliver a good service - I have proof of all my communication with them. Up till today no money was paid back into my account.
