It was sad day yesterday when I had to part ways with with my trusted companian of 13 years. Thank you for the way you have handled the situation and afford my beloved Boerboel to go and rest in peace with dignity. Thank you for affording me the time to say goodbye and share her last moments with her. I am heartbroken today, but I feel relieved in the way she went, no pain and suffering anymore and her last moments was filled with love and dignity.

Incase of emergency ...find another vet when it comes to an emergency for your pet...go elsewhere! No jokes.this vet will make you wait over an hour and allow other pets who arrived after you to get helped first. This vet knows shes is in the wrong so she keeps reporting this review .ill just keep re posting till she takes responsibility Seriously if any customer has a complaint , this guilty lying vet will run to her lawyers rather than just talk to the customer. STAY AWAY

I need to warn people not to take there pets to Family Pet Clinic in Centurion life style center. My Yorkie, 11 years, had a bloated stomach. The only thing the Vet was concern was the cost specially in the time of Covid etc. I was in fact put off immediately with this Vet's concern about money. Later I realized wow she is only doing it for money and not for the love of animals. My Yorkie is a very small. The Vet decided, not to take x-rays due to cost but to do an enema. While waiting I heard her crying. Everyone loving there pets knows the cry of there dogs. The Vet came out and I asked her why she was crying. She reply is not your dog but I differ from her. The Vet explain she done the enema explaining with her hand showing her little finger. That was how deep she put it in but nothing showed. Then she continue telling me she done a second enema, I was so surprise since she show me with her two hands the length she has put it in. Measuring with a rural it was 25 cm if not longer. I was thinking wow my poor dog no wonder she was crying since she is not very more than 30 cm long. I was send home with some pain medication and told me to get a Lacson syrup. That afternoon my I took my baby outside to pee. Suddenly she could not walk at all. I tried the vet's but not available. I then take care of my baby. She was not in a good condition. While she was lying in my arms I just felt that she making a strange sound. I then open her blanket and she was so looking to me and then as if she said goodbye, she pass away. Before taking her to the Vet at Family Vet Clinic she could walk, pee and was still fine. It was only that she was bloated. The Vet is to blame for the lost of my baby. I will never recommend anyone to these Vet's. Louise Malan
