Unethical and SLY !!!!

The most unethical and sly agents in the WC. We rented for our student daughter for 2022 and now they want to use our entire R17 000 deposit to redo the apartment. We now have to pay for blinds for the entire place and R1000 for cleaning is ridiculous. Do not use them or rent from them. Walter is the worst agent of them all. Trying to do in students cause he knows they are desperate. Going to the Ombudsman for Real Estate Agents cause I am not satisfied at all...
