Unhappy and disappointed

I'm not sure how to react or feel at this moment. As I were referred to them from someone who previously bought from them. I've purchased x4 pairs of sneakers in December and received confirmation of my orders and payments. Up to this day I haven't heard anything back from them. I emailed them to ask for feedback but email came back as remote server is misconfigured. I've checked their website and that's down aswell!! Why do people want to do such things!! We work very hard for our money especially in this troubled times...I hope this is not a SCAM!! Really don't take people for FOOLS!! I am very disappointed. And I am still hoping I receive my orders!!
