On Nov 3rd, I ordered a dress from Amanda @Fashi_onoclock that I needed for a funeral I was attending. On the 6th I had to pay around R200 extra for shipping. Upon the receipt of the dress, it turned out to be something I would not even wear at all. The design and the colour were off and the fabric used was horrible. I immediately sourced an alternative to wear and communicated my dissatisfaction to Amanda. She then promised to replace the dress. I had to pay R100 to ship the dress back to her (to PEP Cosmos City) and she confirmed receipt on 19th Dec. On 07th Jan '26 I made contact to finalize the replacement, and I was promised it was going to be ready by end Jan. On the 6th of Feb I followed up again and she greeted me and said nothing. On 10th Feb I followed up again and asked if there was reason she was not communicating and she apologized and promised to ship the new dress on 13th Feb. On 22nd Feb I followed up and sent a message through one of her posts on IG. The message in the post is since deleted and there hasn't been any communication even after another follow up this morning.
