Great online store
I am a frequent shopper and I have never had an issue with delivery it usually takes 2 days to receive your order (ai am in Durban and so are they so that could be the reason,). They stock good quality and sometimes branded items for half the price especially clearance and sale items.

Great online store

PATHETIC SERVICE , DON'T ORDER
Very Angry customer!!!!! I just received my order. I ordered Large however their sizes are extremely tiny. They are not normal Large . The cuts are very small. I asked to exchange the person on whatsapp first said qr25 to exchange then asked for invoice then suddenly changed price to qr50 Just to exchange. They say that if i order sgain its qr25 but if i dont its qr50. There is no such policy stated on their return policy on website so why charge this fee to your customers? This is not fair!!! You should advise customers that the sizes are small cut so i could of ordered XL. Secondly you charge delivery fee but your guy that delivers tells me to come to the road and fetch as he is double parked. Im on the 22nd floor and he expected me to go down? Very poor service. I will let the public know about your policy so you dont do this to someone else . Im waiting for your customer service to rectify this situation!

Fashion 4 Less scam
I paid for and ordered over R3000 worth of fashion items in May - they were advertised on her Facebook page Fashion 4 Less. Nothing was ever delivered - my money has not been refunded. Stephanie Reddy the owner gave one excuse over the next but never sent my items nor refunded me my money. I contacted her many times.
